We do not keep any credit card information, in fact we don't even know what your credit card information is as we prefer for security that our bank processes any credit card payments - not us. If paying by credit card then you are transferred to the Westpac bank credit card processing area - not ours unlike other on-line stores that get to see your credit card information. Your privacy is of the uttmost concern to us, this is why we take these steps.

This technology encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read, as the information travels over the Internet. Additionally, we do not store any customers credit card details on our website server.  Should anyone gain unauthorized access to the server, they will not be able to access any of our customers credit card numbers. Also, you will notice a red COMODO "Authentic & Secure" logo in the bottom right corner of your screen. Placing your mouse over this logo will cause a pop up dialogue box guaranteeing you of our identity. If you click the logo another pop up displaying an identity check as at the time of clicking the logo. You are also insured up to $10,000 against identity fraud This is not standard practice with most other stores, and is an additional step we take to ensure your safety, while shopping with us.
