• Recreational Flying applies a Fair Use system which is the amount of use of its services that is fair and reasonable by average.
• Recreational Flying maintains the right to deny its services to any person or entity it chooses to do so.
• Except for the special "Suppliers" forum where this is expressly allowed, Suppliers must not themselves promote their products or services in the other Recreational Flying Community Forums or entice others to do so for the sole purpose of promoting their products or services in the Recreational Flying Community Forums.
• Internet Search Engine positioning is not guaranteed however all reasonable attempts are made to assist Suppliers to obtain better rankings.
• Recreational Flying guarantees a 99.9% up time on its servers to ensure the Recreational Flying site is available for viewing at all times and controlled by the hosting company that Recreational Flying uses.
• Recreational Flying may at times add or remove extra content or features however any contract of service that is in place at the time of those changes will remain in force for the duration of the contract of service by both Recreational Flying and the Supplier unless agreed upon by the Supplier.
