We offer you many different shipping options for your purchase as well as you are always welcome to drop in to purchase and/or pick up your order directly from us.

When you place your order you can select whether you want your order shipped by Standard Australia Post, Standard Australia Post with Tracking or EXPRESS Australia Post which includes a tracking number. We don't load our shipping prices as we only charge what Australia Post charges us and that is calculated on the weight of your order automatically at check out. If your order contains a product that is marked as Shipped direct from distributor then that distributor may use courier services from the likes of Toll, Australian Air Express, TNT etc in which case you will need to be present at the delivery address at the time it is delivered to avoid any delays or extra costs.

You can use our automatic shipping cost calculator which is accessed directly in your shopping cart before you place your order. Just add the products you wish to purchase and click your shopping cart, enter your post code into the calculator and it will tell you what the shipping cost will be.

Whenever we can, we use standard 500gm or 3kg satchels but if we can't, then your order is packaged up in plain brown paper to hide its contents from any prying eyes and for those sensitive products, we use bubble wrap to protect your order during shipping.

We like to meet our customers so if you do drop in and see us to place your order or pick up on the spot, we have the best coffee around (my wife has taught me how to use the coffee machine) and it is always great to have a chit chat over a cuppa so pop in and see us but please, ring us first on 03 9444-8025. BUT, there's MORE, bring your wife or girlfriend (or both) with you, because Corrine here at our store is also a fully trained Beauty Therapist. So while we are talking shop over coffee, the girl(s) can be treated to a facial or manicure, pedicure, spray tan etc...we are a family concern here and where else is there a store for the whole family like ours...

Please note that once an order has been dispatched and is in the control of Australia Post we are unable to accept any responsibility for your order. We will assist all we can in trying to track your parcel and/or assist in any claim you make to Australia Post
